ahh the aroma

Our house smells delicious! I just threw a roast in the crockpot, recipe courtesy of Leah - which her family calls 3-2-1 Beef.

3lb chuck roast (I had a bit more)

2 packets Good Season Italian Dressing mix

1 can beer - I used a bottle of bass, and then a half can of Coke. Why? Well I really don't know why.

Yum! Going to serve it up on some toasted ciabatta rolls with provolone cheese and some caramelized onions once Maddie and Mom get here.
