1. So apparently there is a limit to how many photos you can download into blogger - didn't know that! Guess it is about time to get a real flickr account.
2. I have been on the road for the past two days. Lately I have been looking forward to seeing how creative I can get when it comes to planning healthy meals while on the road. Today was a complete fail. Breakfast was good, but then I got a good/bad scone at my favorite coffee shop in Keo and ate it all. It tasted alright (considering it was made with fake blueberries), but full of butter. Blech. I had lunch with a volunteer and ordered a classic turkey sandwich. The turkey tasted rotten, so I ended up eating bread with lettuce and tomato. YUM. I treated Nic to dinner (thanks ACS!) and ended up eating far too many deep fried asparagus fries - hey, I was hungry!
AND - I didn't get a run in today...so I feel especially gross/fat/lazy. But tomorrow is a new day, right?!
3. The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Washington County is this Saturday. IF there were EVER a time for YOU to visit Washington, it would be THIS weekend! Come see an amazing community come together to raise $100,000 to fight cancer. Holy moly guys - my work goal for this event is $72,000 and as of today, we already have $80,000 in the bank.
4. I am going to be in MN next Wednesday night through Sunday. Leah - bonfire??? Nancy - long run???
5. I wore a skirt today, and looked dang cute.
6. I have the best husband ever. He is doing dishes while I type, he took the pets to the living room last night/early this morning to sleep on the couch so I could catch some zzzzzzz's in the bedroom, he cashes Maia around the backyard trying to pry a baby robin for her death grip - I try to help, but gag and run inside like a little girl.
Hi my love.. Can we have a date on Thursday?? Possibly including a long run?? I work Wed, Fri-part of sat.... We are having Zach's baptism Sunday.. And a pool party, which you should stop at if not too busy on Sat:) Good Luck with RELAY!! You are amazing..
