This photo and my face pretty much says it all.
Tough.
That is the one word that describes the 2011 Grandma's Marathon.
...but Worth It.
3:44:29 - a new pr by 7 minutes, 59 seconds.
Somehow, in 4 short weeks, I managed to find it in me to shave off nearly 8 minutes.
Ummmm....what?!
A full recap will be up soon, but right now, I can only wonder what the Twin Cities Marathon will bring in October. Perhaps a BQ???
Whoa, awesome Kier! Can't wait for the full report.
ReplyDeleteCongrats Kier! Happy race day to you! :)
ReplyDeleteYOU ROCK! What an amazing difference after just four weeks! :)

ReplyDeleteI was tracking you from back here and freaking out to Kyle. "OMG SHE'S ON PACE TO TAKE 8 MINUTES OFF HER TIME FROM FARGO...WHICH WAS 8 MINUTES FASTER THAN HER GOAL FOR FARGO!!!!"
It was a little ridiculous, but I was crazy happy you did so well. Can't wait for the full report. :)
