Well, this is what it was for!



I had a blast working with a production crew that drove in from Chicago so I could share my NuVal story!

    So cool!! Congrats on the story and weight loss. I recently moved from Iowa to Minneapolis and really miss Hy Vee...grocery stores here just aren't the same!

    I have never heard of NuVal. Interesting! It's kind of like how they have the points on WW - seems like a way to make eating healthier easier for people.

    I wish we had HyVee in Chicago!

    Back in WI our go-to grocery store had NuVal and until we moved out to CO I thought it was a Festival Foods thing but I've heard a lot about it and our main grocery store {King Soopers} has them as well.

    I don't completely agree with their scoring of things but it's a great way to compare like-products to each other for sure!
