cookies for the holidays

I just brought in my latest batch of cookies to the coffee shop in town.

A limited batch of holiday inspired cookies and macaroons.

Be sure to stop by before they are all gone!

Featuring vegan gingersnap cookies (as described by at least three people, 'the best cookies I've ever eaten', and 'my new favorite'.

New macaroon flavors as well, like this sophisticated dark chocolate orange. The perfect hints of orange (from grated organic orange zest), dunked in a rich dark chocolate.

And then a few more fun macaroons, like the festive candy cane and the cute birthday cake flavors.

Dipped in a semi sweet chocolate and then dunked in candy canes or sprinkles. The kids in your life will love these (and us adults who still feel like kids!).

The candy cane macaroons are flavored with organic peppermint oil and vanilla shines through in the birthday cake.

Theses are just a few of my favorite things.

  2. These are adorable! Everything looks delicious and so neatly packaged! They'd be perfect in a little canister or glass mason jar for a holiday gift too! What lucky friends and family you have!

Since you took them to a little coffee shop, what kind of preservation date do you put on them? I'd love to make some and take with for my out of town holiday travels, but am wondering how long in advance to make them.

I'm a first time viewer of your blog and love it! Will definitely be back :)

    1. Thanks! These do make pretty cute gifts!

I usually bring a new batch to the coffee shop each week. They do store really well in the fridge and freezer, so you can make them well in advance.
