Grilled chicken, red onion and pineapple kebabs with a side of wilten greens (chard and ??). I must say, I am not a huge fan of wilted greens, but it is the fastest and easiest way to get rid of (eat) a ton of greens at once. :)
And for dessert - a healthier version of apple berry crisp.
And just for fun - what happens when your best friend moves to Kenya for far too many months? Weekly tele-cocktails/skpye dates. They are so cute!
