Roger, Ike and I rolled out of bed and headed to Britt's to watch the US v. Algeria game.
Fun, frustrating times.
And good people watching too!
If you look closely, you can see people in the middle window watching the game!
They won, and everyone was happy. England won too - so Roger was a happy man.
Ike and I grabbed a coffee (and a hummus sandwich for me) at the Royale Cafe whilst (ha!) Roger did a bit of work.
So this hummus was ah.mazing! Wish there were some more veggies, but alas - not everything in life is perfect like me. :)
We met Maddie back home, had a quick snack and headed out on a fun sibling run. We ended up getting in a good 4.5 miles and even did some abs when we got back!
Some blueberries and toast with MNB (mixed nut butter) honey and cinnamon was a good post-run recovery snack! YUM - even Maddie and Ike liked my new creation.
Tonight = some homemade pizza making, maybe some moving watching and a whole lotta talking! :) Love being home with the family!
