no time to blog...

Sorry for no posts!  I am at a three-day staff retreat in NW Iowa and have had zero time between meetings, running, social parties, etc...

And I totally have to hit the hay so I can squeeze in a 10 mile run at 5AM tomorrow morning before our full day of meetings start!

Hopefully I will be back tomorrow with a post.
