Hello muddah, hello faddah
Here I am at Camp Granada
Camp is very entertaining
And they say we'll have some fun if it stops raining.
Sorry - I hope you have that song stuck in your head all day long. :)
Our first destination was of course some cafe so we could get a coffee. However, it was Three Kings Day and nearly every store was closed! Thankfully we found an amazing bakery that also served small toasted sandwiches and coffee. Maddie and I of course had our noses glued to the pastry window and picked out 6 treats to share with the group.

The old people (Mom and Roger) along with the really old people (GMa and GPa) were considering taking a bus tour of Granada, so us young and beautiful people took off to explore Granada on our own.

We found a cathedral...dirka. How come when people visit the US they don't have to stop at every.single church they see?

Ok, the white villages were cool, but I love this building!

A quick beer stop and we headed up to the Alahambra. Clearly you all know by now that I am a lover of detail and not always the big picture - so get ready for a ton of detail shots here. The Alahambra was spectacular and I ended up taking about 374 photos - mostly of individual tiles.

This is part of a wall, a huge wall. Check out that carving!

I would die to have a floor like this!

This is the front of the palace.

Another series of jumping photos...just to piss Maddie off.

Look - a good one!

Blurry.

And this is why you don't do jumping photos just to piss off your sister. My necklace flopped up and hit my hard in the tooth. A terrible photo that I love! :)

Another 2 hour dive home...and Mom and Roger treated us to some pizza and beer. Pretty good ending to a long, but fun, day.
