happy birthday usa

Happy birthday to the good old U-S of A. I celebrated by enjoying a nice long run on one of our country's beautiful trails.

    I get it! Honestly, it would have been lost on me if the fiance hadn't spend the afternoon watching 1776 - the musical - in the living room. Hope MN was a blast!

    @kilax I have no plan yet for TCM. I am thinking I might do some high mileage runs though and focus on LSD...
