candied orange peels dipped in dark chocolate

One of the treats that I made for our 2012 holiday party were candied orange peels dipped in dark chocolate.

Albeit a bit time consuming, these were super simple and a big hit.

And quite pretty.

I followed this recipe (for the most part) and dipped in some really nice super dark chocolate (that was on sale at New Pi).
