Kitchen Floor!

Well I have to say, I think last Thursday went a little differently than I expected. The morning started out as expected - I had three wisdom teeth extracted. Fun. Not really, but I don't remember anything so, that's okay. I then expected to have a terrible ride home, sick from the anesthesia, and in lots of pain. Nope. Pretty sure we went to Target on the way home to get a few essentials. When we finally got home, I took a little snooze and then it was right to work! Yes, the evening after getting my teeth out, Nic and I finished installing our new kitchen floors, AND put the house back in order before his parents showed up for a weekend visit. I was expecting to be waited on hand and foot by Nic and then lay in bed all weekend while Nic, Kurt and Barb worked on projects around the house...Dream on, right?! Oh well, at least I am not in serious pain or have chipmunk cheeks like Ike did...
